My bespoke consultancy offer is designed to recognise this individuality and provide tailored support that meets schools exactly where they are. Rather than offering a fixed package or generic model, I work alongside leaders and practitioners to understand their setting deeply, identify what matters most, and shape a clear pathway for sustainable improvement.
My consultancy is grounded in evidence-informed practice, relational leadership and a strong understanding of early years pedagogy, curriculum development, inclusion and whole-school improvement. Support can be designed around a wide range of priorities, including EYFS leadership, curriculum design, quality of provision, communication and language, assessment, transition, staff confidence, learning environments, inclusive practice and strategic development.
The process begins with professional dialogue. I listen carefully to the needs of the school, explore current practice, and work with leaders to identify the right focus.
